How to Wear? (see pic)

- Insert filters into nostrils, then it fastens on nasal septum
- From side view, the filter should maintain a slanted position in the nose

How to Clean? (see pic)

Quick Cleaning

- Make the filter wet with clean water
- Put the tissue on both sides of the filter
- Press the tissue to dry it, but do not twist the filter

Thorough Cleaning

- Put the clean water into a small jewelry ultrasonic cleaner
- Put the filter in the water for 3 minutes
- Switch on the ultrasonic cleaner for 2 to 3 minutes
- Dry the filter with tissue just like the quick cleaning
- Clean it thoroughly every day or every other day

I carry a clean spare with me especially when we had the fires here in NM and they worked for the smoke also. My nose measures exactly 7/8" slotted and I use the Med. 7/8"-1 1/8" and it works perfect. I clean them using very warm (can barely put my had in it) water and a $5 ultra sound. I usually let it run for 10 minutes as my filter is full of pollen after only one day and when the air was smokey I'd have two filters dirty by the end of the day. By the way I recommended them to a friend who flys alot and he got some to help with the colds and flues as he was always getting sick on the 12+ hour flights. He thinks they have helped - he hasn't been sick since he started using them. Don't be afraid to try them and it took me only about a day to get used to it, now if the pollen is bad I even sleep in... My allergies are so bad that I was always told to remove all "dust collectors" like curtains, stuffed animals, and anything else that might just sit around and collect dust. As an adult, I continued to see an Allergist regularly. I tried shots again (only 1 shot was necessary),and my body had a very negative reaction to the shot. I started to pass out.
