| 8 of 11 people found the following review helpful  Don't waste your money, buy the real thing, By This review is from: Equate - Allergy Relief - Fexofenadine 180 mg, 60 Tablets (Compare to Allegra Allergy) (Health and Beauty) I was using the traditional Allegra brand and thought that I should just try a cheaper generic brand of it. I tried it for 3 days and suffered for it. All day long, my nose was a runny mess, eyes itched and sneezing like crazy. I just picked up a new pack of the Allegra brand and took a pill and within minutes felt better. Its been a few hours since taking it and I'm back to feeling good again.I wished the generic brand worked better but it just doesn't do the job. I even looked at the ingredients - they do not match up. Even though the active ingredient is in both, there are several other ingredients not present in this generic brand. Somehow that makes a difference. If you suffer from seasonal allergies as badly as I do, do not waste your money. Pay for the real thing you'll be happy you did.
