Sinol is my favorite, it has aloe and other holistic ingredients to increase moisture and comfort in the Sinus. My only complaint is the high price and very small packages, it is sold by a number of vendors with high shipping costs and nobody is able to discount it much. I use it several times a day and keep one bottle at work where its very dusty.
